The China Slow Food Association is a non-profit organization announced in Beijing in January 2015 following the values, guidelines, processes and structure of the International Slow Food Association. The guiding unit is China Agriculture. The International Cooperation Promotion Association, whose business director is the Ministry of Agriculture of China, has been registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Slow Food Association is committed to protecting China's traditional food culture, protecting the biodiversity of our food, supporting sustainable cultivation and traditional processing methods, promoting social equity and justice, and advocating people-oriented from the "food production and consumption system" The way of life and production that is beneficial to society, inheriting culture, and protecting the environment.
