# 巴公邸（原巴公房子） / 现代潮流美学嵌入百年老洋房 - ID: 363 - URL: https://www.stoyard.com/works/363 - English URL: https://www.stoyard.com/en/works/363 - Year: 2023 - Cover: https://static.glabcms.stoyard.com/stoyard/project/cover/20221229/l9a7nt79e8.jpg - Categories: 标志设计, 环境设计, 城市设计、城市更新, 地产文旅、酒店餐厅 - English Categories: Logotype, Guide Design, City Renovation, Real Estate and Hotel Restaurant - Author: STOYARD - English Author: STOYARD - Publish: 2023-01-07 - Editor: STOYARD BEIJING ## 中文主体 ### 项目简介 2020年，武汉市启动汉口历史风貌区改造升级项目，巴公房子等地标建筑相继宣布改造计划，形成巴公邸商业空间。将融合经典历史和现代潮流，贯穿东西方文化，让不同风格的建筑在这里对话。被嵌入现代审美观念的建筑群像将为武汉带来更加新潮、更加丰富的消费业态。 我们与日本UDS设计公司一同设计完成了巴公邸酒店的设计工作。  1.放大老房子的历史底蕴 1910年，俄国茶商巴诺夫兄弟出资，建成了“巴公房子”这座中国初代高级公寓楼。建筑主体用红砖砌成，砖木结构，楼高四层，曾开发为居民住宅，后被空置。 2020年，老建筑改造项目启动，经过一系列设计规划，2022年12月，百年巴公房子改造后的巴公邸商业空间焕新启幕，成为极具历史文化底蕴的商业空间，定位为探索型历史文化精品酒店。 我们接到设计委托，要为巴公邸商业酒店设计logo、中英文字体、标准色、图形以及导视的视觉设计。基于对项目的前期调研，我们深知“历史底蕴”对整个空间的重要意义。所以，整体的设计思路，就是要在满足城市高端消费需求的同时也要适合“老房子”的格调。 [Video](https://static.glabcms.stoyard.com/stoyard/gallery/20250613/rfxto3qn29g.mp4)     2.灵感来源于建筑本身 巴公房子位于鄱阳街、洞庭街和兰陵路三条街道交汇的三角地，整栋大楼呈三角形，其尖阁三楼是一僧侣帽形的厅室，当年被称为“俄国缠头尖”。 经过重新设计的巴公邸保留老宅的岁月感，在装修上化繁为简，清水红砖墙及石灰色立柱未经过度粉饰，立柱、墙体雕花、穹顶、装饰柱、格栅门、百叶窗……保留下来的这些细节，充分“裸露”百年建筑的历史肌理。这些建筑上的特点给我们提供了很有趣味的设计参考。   我们的设计灵感就是从整个建筑本身的细节处延伸而来，比如字母起笔收笔处字形的处理，倾斜角度都呼应了建筑的三角楼型。而中文字体的体态也以修长纤细、秀丽典雅为主。 辅助图形的设计同样保留了历史记忆，我们参考了上个世纪流行于建筑上的传统纹样，提取了核心元素，对称布局的图案样式，花体的英文缩写以及缠枝花卉的内容，将这些细节加以简化、抽象，融合，最后与建筑本身的历史感和包容性契合。   历史精品酒店因其独一无二的历史文化内涵，具有极佳的市场可塑性，所以巴公邸商业空间融合经典历史和现代潮流，这些设计和细节是其他商业酒店无法复刻的审美体验。 我们在设计的过程中也充分地考虑到这些元素，力图呈现出可以符合整个空间底蕴的图像和符号，既可以保留历史意义，也能让现代新潮的元素在建筑中流转。     我们最后选择了复古并具有金属质感的色系作为标准色，复古绿沉稳大气、厚重古朴，复古黄色泛着金属光泽，高贵典雅，这些颜色与端方秀丽的字形相结合，让人顿时回到上个世纪时期的氛围之中。   我们为巴公邸商业酒店设计了名片、手提袋、酒店门牌、宣传册、信封信纸、钥匙等VI的基础图形。    历史的韵味是最不可替代的，所以巴公邸在改造的同时保留了大量的传统特色。100年前的木结构、红砖、烟囱、雕花都得以保存，没改变建筑的造型和材料。 未来，巴公邸酒店将为汉口历史风貌区带来更为丰富、更具国际化的生活方式，“老房子”将以另一种方式重新融入城市发展，令人充满期待。  ## English Content ### Introduction Trace back for the centennial architecture and integrate tea ceremony culture. High end luxury hotel with a new sense of historical experience，Together with UDS Design Company of Japan, we completed the design work of Ba Gong Di Hotel.  1. Enlarge the history of the old house In 1910, the Russian tea merchant Banov brothers funded the completion of the "Ba Gong House", the first generation of senior apartment buildings in China. The main body of the building is made of red brick, brick and wood structure, the building is four storeys high, and was developed as residential housing, then vacant. In 2020, the old building renovation project was launched. After a series of design planning, in December 2022, the commercial space of Ba Gong Di after the century-old Ba Gong House renovation was revitalized, becoming a commercial space with great historical and cultural deposits and positioned as an exploratory historical and cultural boutique hotel. We received the design commission, to design logo, Chinese and English fonts, standard colors, graphics and visual design of guide for Ba Gongdi commercial hotel. Based on the preliminary research of the project, we are well aware of the significance of "historical heritage" to the whole space. Therefore, the overall design idea is to meet the needs of high-end urban consumption, but also suitable for the style of "old house". Inspiration comes from the building itself Located in a triangle at the intersection of three streets, Poyang Street, Dongting Street and Lanling Road, the building is triangular in shape. On the third floor of its peak pavilion is a monk's hat-shaped hall, which was called "Russian winding Head Tip" in those days. The redesigned Ba Gong Mansion retains the sense of age of the old house, and turns the complex into a simple one in decoration. The clear water red brick walls and stone gray columns are not over-painted, and the columns, wall carvings, domes, decorative columns, grille doors, shutters... These retained details fully "exposed" the historical texture of the century-old building. These architectural features provide us with interesting design references.   Our design inspiration is extended from the details of the entire building itself, such as the way the letters start and end, and the Angle of the slant echoes the triangular shape of the building. And the Chinese font body and stroke is also slim slim, beautiful and elegant. The design of auxiliary graphics also retains historical traces. We refer to the traditional architectural patterns popular in the last century, extract the core elements, symmetrical layout pattern, the English abbreviation of flower body and the content of tangled flowers, simplify, abstract and integrate these details, and finally fit with the historical sense and inclusiveness of the building itself.   Because of its unique historical and cultural connotation, historical boutique hotels have excellent market plasticity. Therefore, the commercial space of Ba Gong Di integrates classic history and modern trends. These designs and details are aesthetic experiences that other commercial hotels cannot reproduce. We take these elements into full consideration in the process of design, trying to present images and symbols that can conform to the heritage of the whole space, which can not only retain historical significance, but also allow modern and trendy elements to circulate in the building.     Finally, we choose retro and metallic color as the standard color. Retro green is calm and atmospheric, thick and simple, retro yellow with metallic luster, noble and elegant. The combination of these colors and the beautiful font on the end makes people immediately return to the atmosphere of the last century.   We have designed VI basic graphics such as business card, handbag, hotel door, brochure, envelope and letter paper, and key for Ba Gongdi commercial hotel.    The historical charm is the most irreplaceable, so the Ba Gong Mansion has retained a large number of traditional characteristics during the transformation. The wooden structure, red bricks, chimneys and carvings of 100 years ago have been preserved without changing the shape or material of the building. In the future, Bagongdi Hotel will bring a richer and more international lifestyle to Hankou historic area, and the "old house" will be re-integrated into the urban development in another way, which is full of expectations.
