东外56号：北京东直⻔外钢筋水泥中的艺术桃源，实 现创意办公、跨界文化整合、公共服务共 享等多维度复合型商业圈。致力于打造共 生共荣的园区生态体，给冰冷的城市注入 一股暖流 。我们在原有logo基础上进行了，OCH办公图形设计，导视设计，以及VI辅助图形设计～

通常意义上，我们所认为的文创产业园区:

⸺要有印记斑驳厂房，成荫的绿色，承载小憩时光的庭院露台
⸺要有名士出入，谈笑有鸿儒，邂逅可期
⸺要有便利完善的联合办公，文可“品鉴咖啡”，武可“健身刷脂”，拎包即可体验
