The vision of 1-OFF is to utilize its vast resources and network to discover and develop the next generation super model from China. Unlike other traditional model agencies in China, 1-OFF concentrates its efforts on a much smaller number of models with the greatest potentials. It provides customized trainings including catwalk, fitness, photography, make-up, English communication and fashion industry knowledge to each model. Upon completion of these rigorous trainings, 1-OFF models will sign with top modelling agencies around the world. 1-OFF then works closely with international model agencies partners, casting directors, media/publications, PR firms, brands/clients to elevate its models to the next level.
