从调味品到预制菜,做味道的延伸。
36氪获悉,优质食品产业公司「利和味道」近期完成D轮融资,本轮融资由华兴新经济基金、隐山资本联合领投,麦星资本、建发新兴投资、中金资本旗下中金传合基金、微光创投共同投资,泰合资本持续担任独家财务顾问。

利和味道成立于2010年7月,以调味品、预制菜业务为核心业务,在青岛、上海和成都建有研发中心,且拥有基础味道、复合味道、冷冻调理食品等四家自有生产工厂。

过去十余年是中餐连锁化快速成长阶段,并在2019年中国人均GDP突破1万美元大关。参考美日等发达国家经验,连锁化率接下来会进一步提速。产品标准化作为其中重要一环,也在带动上、下游产业链升级迭代。

以麻为代表的味型标准化升级,是利和味道的业务切入点。据悉,通过自研超临界萃取技术,利和实现了在相对常温状态下,安全环保地提取和分离花椒有效物质的目的。利和味道在花椒产地甘肃陇南建设有大型超临界二氧化碳萃取工厂;随着业务规模扩大,利和味道正在逐步拓宽核心味型产业链,包括与上市公司合资建设番茄制品生产工厂等布局。

利和味道创始人&董事长王斌告诉36氪,过去十二年,利和味道主要围绕味道做了三件事:探索了基础香辛料的标准化,形成系列化复合调味料的研发和生产能力,向终端产品延展推出预制菜产品。
