# URA老城保护与发展研究中心 / GIS应用平台设计服务 - ID: 242 - URL: https://www.stoyard.com/works/242 - English URL: https://www.stoyard.com/en/works/242 - Year: 2018 - Cover: https://static.glabcms.stoyard.com/object/20181025/vtb9cls5c2.png - Float Image: https://static.glabcms.stoyard.com/object/20181025/tg358bw4yj.png - Categories: 软件设计解决方案, 软件服务, 视频、动态图形、动画设计, 城市设计、城市更新, 建筑与设计 - English Categories: Software Design Solution, Software Services, Motion Graphics, City Renovation, Design & Architecture - Author: STOYARD - English Author: STOYARD - Publish: 2018-10-31 - Editor: STOYARD BEIJING ## 中文主体 ### 项目简介 前门地区历经600年历史更迭，文化底蕴深厚，其风貌与肌理在城市发展与更新中不断变化。一个能全面管理数据、归档信息的平台亟待出现。老城保护与发展研究中心（URA）由北京建筑设计研究院朱小地工作室和天街集团合作成立，GIS数据管理平台旨在提供区域动态维护技术上的支撑，解决区域保护过程中数据管理与分析难题。STOYARD收到委托，帮助客户设计了这样的一个管理平台，过程中尽力在交互设计的层面优化操作使用。 [Video](https://static.glabcms.stoyard.com/object/20181025/pfeknwpl2oo.mp4) GIS数据管理平台是一逻辑层次较多的内容管理平台，是为老城保护人员提供数据浏览与管理的综合平台。整个平台可以分为两大部分，一个是基于地图的数据浏览、查询、比对和分析功能，一个是数据的管理功能。        在基于地图的数据浏览部分中，通过数据可视化的一系列方式，会把平台中已上传的静态数据根据不同模式进行数据展示：基于区域，基于街道，基于院落，基于建筑单体，基于建筑开间等。这些大类下面又带着许多子属性，子属性又会细分出子属性。数据库中最终是以树状结构存储的。 我们试图将数据可视化的信息呈现处理得简洁恰当有条理，针对需要展示出来的字段内容为院落信息卡、建筑信息卡、住户信息卡梳理出了具有可持续性的信息展现方式。考虑到未来可能接入多项目，还设计了更为通用的信息卡模块，这样执行起来更为灵活。    预置项查看是数据浏览的另一个层次。通过在预置项里选择不同的类别，可以查看不同的数据可视化图表，还可以打开时间轴选择不同时期的数据进行数据比对，查看分析图表。有权限的人员可以进一步修改预置项的属性，定制条件查看他想看的结果。     平台中数据的挂接有单独的管理模块，涉及一级二级类目的创建，数据附件的导入、查错、在线管理数据版本、表格计算等功能。附件的管理支持搜索，升降序排列切换等功能。           GIS数据管理平台是一个toB的平台，因此权限划分较为复杂。有3种角色：平台管理员、项目管理员和项目角色。平台管理员拥有平台最高权限，同时拥有各项目最高权限。项目管理员负责分配项目内权限，并享有项目内最高权限。项目角色根据角色会被分配3中权限：浏览/查询；下载；编辑。 ## English Content ### Introduction Qianmen area has witnessed the history of 600 years, accumulating a profound cultural deposit. Its appearance and texture have changed constantly along with the developing and updating of the city, thus a platform that can manage data comprehensively and archive information is in dire need. URA(Urban Revitalization Associates) was co-founded by ZHU Xiaodi Workshop of BIAD and TIANJIE Group. GIS platform aims at supporting regional dynamic maintainance and solving the problem of data namagement in process. STOYARD helped the client design this platform by optimizing details in user interaction level. [Video](https://static.glabcms.stoyard.com/object/20181025/pfeknwpl2oo.mp4) GIS data management platform is a logic level more content management platform, is for the old city to protect personnel to provide a comprehensive platform of data exploration and management.The whole platform can be divided into two parts, one is based on the map data browsing, query, comparison and analysis function, is a data management capabilities.        In part based on the data map browsing, through data visualization way of a series of static data will be uploaded in the platform data show: according to different modes based on region, based on the streets, based on the compound, based on the single building, based on the architecture studio, etc.These categories below and with many properties, and will be subdivided son attribute.The database is based on tree structure to store in the end. we are trying to get the present information processing of data visualization and concise properly organized, in view of the need to display the content of the field for the yard credit card, credit card, credit card, residents comb out the sustainable way to display information.Considering the future could access more project, also designed the more general credit card module, such execution is more flexible.
