# 恢复性修建方案整理 / 2018北京国际设计周分会场主视觉 - ID: 239 - URL: https://www.stoyard.com/works/239 - English URL: https://www.stoyard.com/en/works/239 - Year: 2018 - Cover: https://static.glabcms.stoyard.com/object/20181010/2knmqr4351p.jpg - Categories: 活动、展览设计服务, 平面设计服务, 城市设计、城市更新, 建筑与设计 - English Categories: Event & Exhibition Design, Communication Materials Design, City Renovation, Design & Architecture - Author: STOYARD - English Author: STOYARD - Publish: 2018-11-27 - Editor: 熙呈 ## 中文主体 ### 项目简介 在北京新总规以及首都核心区控规编制的背景下，基于前门东区的保护成果，前门东区开始了新一轮的保护规划研究及实践工作。在保存北京南城独特“街巷 - 院落”空间形态的同时，通过“资源共享”、“文化共享”、“生活共享”真正在前门东区实现“共享”“共融”“共生” 的景象。打造“老胡同· 新生活”最具老城风貌的共享生活体验区，延续传承前门历史建筑、文化及社区网络关系的历史遗产。 本次集群设计的成果展于9月27号至10月3号在东城区青云胡同颜料会馆呈现  2018年9月27日，由北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司朱小地工作室、北京天街集团有限公司主办的“恢复性修建”：前门东区集群设计展览及论坛在青云胡同颜料会馆成功举办。有关方面领导以及十几位规划师、建筑师与学者们齐聚一堂，共同探讨历史文化名城的保护与发展策略和前门东区恢复性修建的研究与实践。    北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司总建筑师 朱小地《前门东地区恢复性修建的研究与实践》朱小地表示前门东区集群设计，是从北京新总规提出的“恢复性修建”概念出发，以西兴隆街两侧为主试点，采取集群设计模式，集合多方智慧。经过多方专家讨论达成了适用于前门东区的恢复性修建的基本要求，建立了恢复性修建导则及设计工作机制。项目设计以历史变迁为研究起点，通过实践研究，结合功能定位，探索实施路径，以总结出适合老城恢复性修建的方法。          ## English Content ### Introduction Against the background of Beijing's new master plan and the preparation of the control plan for the core area of the capital, based on the conservation achievements of the Qianmen East Area, a new round of conservation planning research and practice has been carried out in the area. While preserving the unique spatial pattern of "streets and lanes - courtyards" in the south city of Beijing, the project also aims to preserve the unique spatial pattern of "streets and lanes - courtyards" through "sharing of resources", "sharing of culture" and "living". Sharing" really realizes the scene of "sharing", "integration" and "coexistence" in the east area of Qianmen. It is a shared life experience area with the most old city style, "Old Hutong - New Life", and a continuation of the historical heritage of Qianmen's historical architecture, culture and community network. The exhibition will be held from September 27th to October 3rd at the Qingyun Hutong Pigment Museum in Dongcheng District.  On September 27, 2018, from Beijing architectural design institute co., LTD. Zhu small studio, sponsored by the Beijing Yin group co., LTD. "restorative building" : the front east cluster design exhibition and BBS in hutong pigment qingyun hall held successfully.On leadership as well as more than a dozen planners, architects and scholars gathered to discuss the protection and development of historical and cultural city east restorative strategy and front door building research and practice.    Beijing architectural design institute co., LTD., the chief architect zhu small to the research and practice of "east region restorative building front door," zhu small east cluster designed that the front door, put forward by the new rules from Beijing "restorative building" concept, xinglong street, west of sides is given priority to, take cluster design pattern, set of wisdom.After expert discussions reached for restorative the basic requirement of building on the east side of the front door and restorative construction guidelines and design work mechanism is established.The project design to the starting point for the study of historical change, through the practice research, combined with the function orientation, explore the implementation path, to come to the conclusion that built restorative methods suitable for the old.
