The core area locates at Madian business area which is the junction of G6 highway and the north third ring. And Beijing City of Design Plaza marks the symbol of this area. It asides State Nuclear Power Plaza, China Academy of Building Research, Beijing science & technology Convention and Exhibition Center, south to Deshengmeng Acient Gate Tower, west overlooking Rose Design Garden, north to the Olympic Park.     Design of the building as the design of Beijing CBD landmarks, it will build a resource gathering, active trading and service innovation, efficient and convenient international industry core design, accomplish a image, a voice, as, actively support the national construction of science and technology innovation center and international communication center, in order to promote the status of Beijing in the global creative cities network and influence to do a good job of service, strive to become the global influence of Beijing construction "design it all" at the core of the enterprise, think-tank and flagship platform.
