Crossing-Dialogues for Emergency Architecture 渡－国际灾后应急建筑设计展跨年活动 主办：中国美术馆 NATIONAL ART MUSEUM OF CHINA   展览背景：2008年5月12日14时28分，我国发生了震惊世界的四川汶川特大地震灾害，受灾地区人民生命财产和经济社会发展蒙受了巨大损失。 四川汶川特大地震震级达里氏8级，最大烈度达11度，余震3万多次，涉及四川、甘肃、陕西、重庆等10个省区市417个县(市、区)、4667个乡(镇)、48810个村庄。灾区总面积约50万平方公里、受灾群众4625万多人，造成69227名同胞遇难、17923名同胞失踪，房屋大量倒塌损坏，基础设施大面积损毁，工农业生产遭受重大损失，生态环境遭到严重破坏，直接经济损失8451亿多元，引发的崩塌、滑坡、泥石流、堰塞湖等次生灾害举世罕见。 与此同时，随着地球自然环境不断恶化，世界各地各种灾难频频发生，和汶川地震的受灾人民一样，全世界几乎每天都有数以百万的人面对地震、海啸、洪涝 、龙卷风、泥石流等各种自然灾害的威胁，如何防灾、减灾和救灾已经成为当今人类共同面对的一个国际性的重大社会课题。    为了纪念汶川大地震一周年，为灾区人民渡过难关贡献一份力量，同时进一步唤起人们关注世界范围内的自然灾害，保护人类自身赖以生存的自然环境，加强科学防灾、减灾、救灾的意识，选取解决灾后居住问题的应急建筑为切入点，探索灾后应急和过渡性建筑的最佳方案、方式和方法，中国美术馆特别策划主办了这次“渡－国际灾后应急建筑设计展”（Crossing-Dialogues for Emergency Architecture）。 ## English Content ### Introduction We provided a design consultation for China Mobile Beijing. Background: exhibition at 14:28 on May 12, 2008, our country has been shocked the world in the sichuan wenchuan earthquake disaster, the disaster area people's life and property and economic and social development have suffered huge losses. the sichuan wenchuan earthquake magnitude 8 on the Richter scale, the maximum intensity of 11 degrees, more than 30000 aftershocks, involved in sichuan, gansu, shaanxi, chongqing and other 10 provinces 417 counties (city, area), 4667 townships (town), 48810 villages.Areas with a total area of about 50 square kilometers, the affected people, more than 46.25 million people, 69227 were killed and 17923 people missing, collapsed houses a lot of damage, infrastructure damaged large area, industrial and agricultural production suffered heavy losses, serious destruction of ecological environment, the direct economic loss of 845.1 billion yuan, triggered by the collapse, landslide, debris flow, the lake secondary disasters such as the world rare. at the same time, as the earth's natural environment is deteriorating, the world of disasters occur frequently, and the wenchuan earthquake affected people, almost every day there are millions of people around the world face the earthquake, tsunami, floods, tornadoes, landslides and other natural disasters, disaster prevention, disaster reduction and relief has become today's common human face an international major social issue.    In order to mark the first anniversary of the wenchuan earthquake, contribute strength through for the people of disaster areas, and further arouse the attention worldwide natural disasters, protect the natural environment to the survival of human beings, strengthen scientific awareness of disaster prevention, disaster reduction and disaster relief, and select the Emergency to solve the problem of post-disaster living building as the breakthrough point, explore the post-disaster Emergency and the optimal scheme of bridge construction, ways and methods, national art museum of China special planning hosted the "cross - international post-disaster Emergency Architecture design exhibition" (Crossing - Dialogues for Emergency Architecture).
